04 — Process
From inquiry
to your door.
Eight stages. Every step documented, photographed, and available in your client portal.
Inquiry
Submit your brief via email or our portal. Tell us the product type, quantity, materials, timeline, and any reference images you have.
Consultation
A dedicated account manager contacts you within 24 hours. We'll walk through your requirements, suggest materials, and identify any technical considerations.
Design Review
We review your tech pack or create one from your sketches. All specifications are locked in writing before any samples are cut.
Sample Development
Our sampling team hand-builds 1–3 prototypes. Photos are shared at each stage — cutting, stitching, and hardware fitting — before the finished sample ships to you.
Approval
You review the physical sample and submit revisions if needed. We keep iterating until you sign off. No bulk production starts without written approval.
Bulk Production
Production begins on your approved spec. Each batch is cut from matched hides and stitched by the same team that built your approved sample.
Quality Control
Every finished piece passes our 22-point QC checklist. A random 10% sample is pulled for dimensional, stitch-count, and hardware testing.
Shipping
We ship DDP or EXW depending on your preference. Full export documentation, certificates of origin, and insurance available on request.
